These Terms of Service govern your use of FameCam, a browser-based live stream simulation tool.
By using FameCam, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What FameCam Is
FameCam is an entertainment and creator tool that lets users create short simulated live-stream style videos.
The service may include fictional viewers, virtual chat messages, hearts, gifts, reactions, viewer counts, live badges, and other simulated live-stream elements.
FameCam is not a real live-streaming platform and does not provide real viewers, real followers, real gifts, real engagement, or real live chat from any social media platform.
2. Simulated Content Disclaimer
All viewers, chat messages, gifts, reactions, counters, and live-stream effects generated by FameCam are fictional and simulated.
You agree not to present simulated FameCam elements as real engagement, real platform activity, real followers, real gifts, or real messages from actual people.
You are responsible for how you use and share videos created with FameCam.
3. No Affiliation With Social Platforms
FameCam is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, or any other social media or live-streaming platform.
Any references to live-stream style features are for descriptive purposes only.
4. Eligibility
FameCam is intended for users aged 13 and older.
If you are under the age required to use online services in your country or region, you may use FameCam only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
5. Camera and Microphone Use
Some FameCam features may require access to your camera and, if supported, your microphone.
You are responsible for granting or denying those permissions through your browser or device.
Unless a feature clearly says otherwise, video creation and recording happen locally in your browser, and FameCam does not upload or store your recorded videos on our servers.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use FameCam to:
- Deceive, defraud, impersonate, harass, threaten, or harm others
- Create or share illegal, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or harmful content
- Misrepresent simulated engagement as real platform activity
- Violate the rights of others, including privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights
- Use FameCam in a way that could damage, disable, overload, or impair the service
- Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or bypass technical protections
- Use FameCam for unlawful advertising, scams, manipulation, or misleading commercial activity
7. Your Content
You are responsible for any video, image, audio, text, or other content you create, record, download, or share using FameCam.
You must have the necessary rights and permissions for any content you use with FameCam, including your own image, voice, likeness, or any third-party materials.
FameCam does not claim ownership of videos you create using the service.
8. Downloads and Sharing
FameCam may allow you to preview, download, or share videos created in your browser.
You are solely responsible for where and how you publish or share your videos.
You must follow the rules, terms, and policies of any third-party platform where you upload or share content.
9. Service Availability
FameCam is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.
We do not guarantee that FameCam will always be available, error-free, secure, or compatible with every browser or device.

FameCam is provided for entertainment, creative, and informational purposes only.
Nothing in the service should be considered legal, financial, professional, or platform policy advice.
11. Intellectual Property
FameCam, including its name, design, interface, software, graphics, branding, and other service elements, is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of FameCam except as allowed by these Terms or with permission.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold FameCam harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of FameCam
- Your content

- Your violation of any law or third-party rights
- Your sharing or publication of videos created with FameCam

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
Your continued use of FameCam after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Canada, unless mandatory local laws apply.
